On Wednesday, April 23, 38
World Language and ESOL students showcased their
talents through a variety of
cultural performances in the
target language.
Performances ranged from poetry and salsa dancing, to guitar and piano pieces, to ballet and skits, to cooking demonstration and arias. All performers did an
excellent job. Spanish Club president Tierney Evans, French Club president Erin Eve, German Club
president Catherine David and Italian Club secretary Elizabeth Wunsch acted as emcees. Many students, staff members and parents attended the event. Refreshments, including crepes, pizza and cake were served afterwards. This year's World Language-Esol Showcase was a huge
success. Thanks to all who made it possible!
