We Want YOU!: Would you like to help students with disabilities? Please sign up for the Peer Assitant/ Tutor Course! We are looking for people going into 11th and 12th grade. It counts as 1 elective credit and fulfills service learning requirements. Course Number: 7335. Please see Ms. Knox in rm. 210A if you are interested.
Checking Grades? Follow up with Teacherease.
If you have a student who is new to Hammond and you are interested in accessing your student's grades online, either complete the Accessing Grades Online Teacherease Form or send an email with your student's name, parent names, and parent and student email addresses to any teacher who will be able to enter the information into Teacherease. Once the teacher completes the data entries, you should receive an email message with your login/password. If you have any questions or comments about the communication system Teacherease, please feel free to contact their teacher or Maria Ferraro (maria_ferraro@hcpss.org).

Every year every school in Howard County must achieve certain standards set by the State Department of Education. One of the state standards is that each school will achieve an attendance rate of 94% in order to be given a satisfactory rating. This year, Hammond is challenging each of our students to help us achieve an excellent rating of 96%. This will involve the entire Hammond community and we will need help from teachers, students, and parents to reach our goal!
