Hammond students build strong relationships and excel in their co-curricular and extracurricular endeavors. We have more than 30 clubs dedicated to school and community service and spirit. In 2010, our Advisory program was recognized by the Maryland State Department of Education as an exemplary Character Education program, the Robotics Team won the Battle of Baltimore, the It’s Academic Team was a Baltimore regional finalist, our football team won the county co-championship, and the Maryland Baseball Player of the Year was a Golden Bear.
